IM MOVING!

Hello everyone. So a quick post today, to let you know, that I moved! I didn't move from my home, I moved my blog. Yep, I finally decided to get my own website.

So instead of tealattewithstyle.blogspot.dk, you will now have to enter tealattewithstyle.com !
I'm still working on a brand new design for the blog, so it can maybe take a day or two, before it's complete. But please, go have a look at the new blog.

And don't forget to go follow me, on the new Bloglovin button ;)

Outfit of the day - spring time

Good morning ladies. So todays outfit post, is actually the outfit I was wearing yesterday. But since I took a day off from the blog yesterday, it's going live a day late. Sometimes you just have to listen to your gut, and it was telling me to go to the beach yesterday, to catch up on some reading. Which was what I did for a few hours, until I had to come back to reality and go to work.

Skirt New Yorker. Top H&M. Cardigan Tally Weijl. Heels Deichmann.

So this was my look for the beach. I really wanted to get a bit of color to my pale legs, therefor I had on a skirt for the first time this year - without tights at least. Since there always is a bit of wind by the beach, I had on this gorgeous cardigan that I bought in Prauge. It has a bit of bohemian style to it, which is normally not my style, but I really like this one. I paired it up with a pair of wedges, to spice it up a bit, but still be casual enough for the beach.
Then I decided to do a few curls in my hair, just for a more beachy vibe ;)

Taking the day off

Hello beautiful readers. So todays post will properly be a little short. Cause I will spend the most of the day outside, enjoying the beautiful weather we have in Copenhagen. Especially because they promised rain and cloudy weather again from tomorrow. So I have to enjoy it while I can. I'm so lucky that I live only five minutes away from one of the best beaches we have in Copenhagen, so it is here I plan on spending some hours today - and a lot of hours during the summer time!
Later today I'm going to work, and I have been working on a few blog posts for the next few days. So I have done a bit of work today, and will do a lot of non-blog related work later, so I think it's time to take a couple of hours off, to relax and get ready for nine hours of work later. Hope you are all enjoying your day as well!

Skin care routine

Hi, my beautiful readers. How are you today? Here in Copenhagen, the nice spring weather is finally coming around. Today is my day off from work, so I went to the beach with my blanket, and read a few pages in my book, while enjoying the sun. In Denmark you never know when the sun is going to disappear, so you have to enjoy it while you can. As much as I love the sun and the nice weather, I must admit that it makes me a little lazy. Which is also why this post is coming up a little later than I planned. I simply enjoyed my little time at the beach too much.

Today I want to share my skin care routine with you guys. I never had really bad skin. A few blackheads and spots here and there, but I think I've been pretty lucky throughout my teenage years. I have fewer spots now, but there are still some that once in a while like to peep though - which I'm not a fan of.
My skin type is normal to oily, and this is just what is working for me, to keep my skin under control.

I use these products everyday - except for the two scrubs, that I only use a few times a week.

So if I have been wearing makeup on the given day, I always use makeup wipes, to remove the makeup. I tried normaly makeup remover a couple of times, but it's just not my thing.. I've been using these makeup wipes from Rival de Loop for the last few months, and it is the best brand of makeup wipes I have even used. They change the scent of the wipes every two month or so, and this time it's with sweet melon scent.

After removing my makeup, I use this soap from Lush. I know it looks more like a piece of bread than a soap, but it's a really good face soap, that the lady at the store recommended for oily skin. I use this every morning and evening, and so far I really love it.

And then a few times a week, I use this face scrub for the brand today, which is a German brand. If my face don't have that many blackheads, I'm using this scrub, since it's a little lighter than the one below, which is from Ole Henriksens line. I really love Oles beauty line, and this scrub is my second container I believe. I use this when I have more breakouts than normally, since I feel like this scrub will beat them all.

When I was in Prague, I also got this little lip scrub from Lush, which smells like bubblegum, if you couldn't guess. I've heard so much about this little guy, so I had to try it, and I'm not disappointed. Of course it smells incredible, but it also removes all of the dead skin from your lips, and leave them so smooth.

Lastly I will moisturize my face, and I have been using this one from L'oreal for a little year now. This is my second container as well. This face cream is made for younger women, compared to a lot of other skin creams, that are made for the age of 40+. It's a light face cream, so it will absorb pretty quickly in the skin. I certainly noticed a difference in my skin. And to go with the face cream, I'm also using the eye cream from the same line.

And this pretty much sums up my skin care routine. Hope you like it!

Healthy snacks #3

Hello, beautiful. Hope you are all having a great start to the new week. I actually don't have any special plans this week, besides work. It's kinda sad going from a week with a lovely trip to Prague, to a week without any plans. But I will hopefully find something else to do, so it's not just work and more work.
Do you have any plans for this week?

So yesterday I shared my recipe on peanut butter cups with you, and today I have another snack post. I'm not quite sure what to call these little balls.. Chocolate oatmeal truffelts? Peanut butter chocolate balls? I don't know. So I didn't name them. But I still want to share this lovely recipe with you.
They are really easy to make, and taste delicious. I (almost) always have an airtight container with these in the fridge, since they are a really good alternative for when the sugar cravings are too strong to ignore.

What you will need is:
  • 2 dl of oatmeal
  • 1 dl peanut butter - I use creamy, but you can use the crunchy kind if you like
  • 1 dl honey
  • 3 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • A sprinkle of raw licorice powder
  • Shredded coconut
Mix all of the ingredients (except the coconut) in a bowl. It takes a little while to get everything mixed well, but be patient. When everything is mixed well, roll the dough into little bite size balls, roll them in the shredded coconut and place them in an airtight container in the fridge, to let them harden a bit. And after an hour or so, they are ready to eat.
