The breakfast "pizza"

Goodmorning girls. Todays post will be a quick but delicious one! 

I can't be the only one, who litterly drools when I hear the word pizza. I could eat a hawaii pizza every day, if it wasn't for the great amound of calories.. But recently I have tried to come up with some healthy alternatives to my beloved pizza, and I been obsessed with this breakfast pizza, which taste amazing and is healthy too.


It's so simple to make, and you can of course vary it as much as you like. Sometimes I make this with some spinach, ham and a little bit of cheese, to make it appropriate for dinner.
For breakfast, I start by heating a wholegrain tortilla in the oven, so it gets a little crisp. Then I mash an avocado on the tortilla with a fork, sprinkle with some feta cheese and top it of with a fried egg. And that is basically it. You can either eat it pizza style, or wrap it up as a burrito. It's a really easy meal, and you can top it off with whatever you like, to make it fit for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even dessert with some peanutbutter and banana perhaps?
